Today, we’re taking a look at the 2024 Jeep Wrangler. The last time I showed you guys this vehicle it was at the New York International Auto Show when it was unveiled, but today we're taking a closer look and I want to make sure I thank Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Syracuse for having me by for this 2-minute review.
From the heart-pounding speed of the Rubicon 392 to the 49 MPGe that you get with this Wrangler 4xe, there’s so much to love about the Wrangler’s lineup. And there are new Rubicon X and Sport S 4xe models that have joined the Wrangler family for 2024.
The exterior has been tweaked with a new seven-slot grille. And inside, there's the largest display ever for the Wrangler! It’s 12.3” in size and it's customizable. You can also upgrade to the version with navigation. And there are twelve-way power front seats now available for the first time!
The 2024 Wrangler continues to offer legendary off-road capability thanks to its four advanced 4x4 systems, water fording of up to 34 inches, and uncompromising approach, departure and breakover angles, with 12.9” of ground clearance. Every Wrangler also sports the Trail Rated badge.
The most powerful Wrangler, the beastly Rubicon 392, makes 470 horsepower from its 6.4-liter V8 engine. This 4xe model here employs two electric motors and a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder to make a total system output of 375-hp and 470 pound-feet of torque! There are also two more powertrains to choose from including a V6.
Jeep says there are 85 available advanced safety and security features offered with the Wrangler. A backup camera with dynamic grid lines, traction control, and electronic stability control comes standard with every Wrangler.
Recap and rating time now of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler! Exterior is even more handsome and I love the blue touches of this 4xe, 9. Interior is more comfortable and has more advanced technology, 8.5. Performance and capability are impressive, 9.5. Fuel economy we’ll rate a 7.5, and overall value I’ll rate a 9.5 and that results in an SUVs.com deal score of 88/100.
