Today we’re reviewing the three-row 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. And I want to make sure I thank Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Syracuse for having me by!
The three-row L was first introduced for 2021 and it’s now even better for 2022. This is one of the new exterior colors. It’s Ember, and it also has the Black Appearance Package. LED lighting makes it look even cooler.
And just take a look at all the space inside. You can swap out your bucket seats to fit seven, but look how comfortable they are! And you have up to 50” of total available digital display space! There’s even a new 10.25” passenger display for the first time for the Grand Cherokee. Your front seat passenger can play movies, stream online content, and more. This is the larger 10.1” center touchscreen, and you also have a large digital information display. You can have two more screens in the rear if you’d like, and there’s an available head-up display for the driver. This model also features the available dual-pane panoramic sunroof.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee L features two powertrains. You have your standard V6 or the available 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with 357 horsepower. Both are paired to an eight-speed automatic and you have three 4x4 systems to choose from. With the V8, you can tow up to 7,200 pounds.
Recap and rating time now of this 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L! Love the new exterior color, I’ll rate the exterior a 9.5. Interior is a 10 in my opinion for the model we toured. Performance I’ll rate a 9, you have two solid powertrains options and you can’t beat Jeep’s 4x4 capability. Fuel economy is not going to be where this three-row Jeep shines, 6.5. Overall value I will rate a 9.5, as we all know Jeeps hold their value well and the pricing is solid. That results in an SUVs.com deal score of 89/100.
And of course I want to know your thoughts on this three-row Grand Cherokee, so please be sure to leave a comment below!
