From the video:

I’m Liz Jeneault with SUVs.com, checking out a midsize SUV that I’ve been looking forward to seeing. It’s the Chevrolet Blazer. And this is the street-inspired RS version, which has a fun, edgy look!

Big thanks to Sharon Chevrolet of Liverpool for letting us check out this 2019 Blazer. Love the red color of this RS trim. But, keep in mind there are a number of other trims to consider. L and Blazer trims get a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder, while RS and Premier get a 3.6-liter V-6.

The exterior here is bold, I just love this blacked-out hexagon mesh grille and the badging. 20-inch wheels come standard on the RS, but 21” wheels are available. If you want a more elegant and refined look than this sporty RS, you might want to look at the range-topping Premier with its bright chrome accents. Even the L and Blazer trims have a great, athletic appearance from all angles. LED daytime running lights come standard on all models.

Moving inside now, all RS models get this standard leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, which is nice. This RS, though, gets special jet black leather-appointed seating with sexy and fun red accents throughout. Love the setup of this dash and the shape of this 8” touchscreen. There’s Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, up to six available USB ports, a WiFi hotspot, and a standard rearview camera that can be upgraded on some trims. A panoramic tilt-sliding sunroof is available on all trims except for the base. Up to 64.2 cubic feet of cargo space in here, and upper trims get this convenient cargo management system.

As I mentioned before, the lower trims have a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder. A 3.6-liter V6 comes standard on RS and Premier. It churns out 308 horsepower. Both are paired to a nine-speed automatic. All-wheel drive is only available with the 3.6-liter, but for 2020 there will also be a turbocharged version of the base engine that will be offered with all-wheel drive.

There’s plenty of advanced safety systems that come standard and you get a lot more of those with the upper trims.

I love the variety offered with the 2019 Blazer. I especially like the street-inspired look of this RS and the rear camera mirror you get with the upper trims.

And I give this 2019 Chevrolet Blazer here an SUV.com deal score of 92 out of 100.
